RÆBURN x CPHFW SS23 RUNWAY

Back in April, we applied for the Zalando Sustainability Award. In June we were selected as 1 of 3 finalists and in August we were given the opportunity to present our SS23 collection at Copenhagen Fashion Week. 

Being a finalist was a huge honour for all of us here at RÆBURN, presenting us with the opportunity to challenge our innovation going forward, so we can continue our dedication to reducing our impact on the environment. Showing at Copenhagen Fashion Week also meant that we were able to showcase our collection to new audiences, in turn gaining a new perspective, a narrative that played out exactly as we had hoped.

COLLECTION NOTES:

SS23 MACH 3.3 draws inspiration from the iconic SR-71 Blackbird, a strategic reconnaissance aircraft that still today boasts the world record it set in 1976 as the fastest air-breathing manned aircraft. Study of this jet, coupled with research into its flight suits and supporting equipment, has helped to shape a collection that champions a futuristic military aesthetic. Striking looks marry with a wealth of utilitarian features, making this a collection that deftly straddles the intersect of form and function.
