Delivery & Returns
UK DELIVERY
All UK orders are sent via tracked, signed-for and insured services. We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Please allow extra time during UK bank holidays and seasonal peak periods.

Delivery within 2–3 working days (Monday–Friday).
£6.99
Delivery on the next working day (Monday–Friday).
- Orders placed before 2pm arrive the next working day.
- Orders placed after 2pm are processed the following working day.
- Saturday and Sunday are not working days.
Example: Order after 2pm on Friday → Delivered Tuesday.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
You can select the most suitable express courier at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location.
All applicable duties, taxes and fees will be included in your order total unless you choose to opt out during checkout. No additional charges will be due on delivery unless you have selected this option.
ORDER SUPPORT
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation including your tracking number and a link to the carrier.
Out of Stock Items
If an item is out of stock or there is an issue with your order, we will contact you by email or phone as soon as possible to resolve it.
Late Delivery
If you believe your order is overdue, please contact studio@raeburndesign.co.uk and include your order number and any relevant details.
Tip: Please consider bank holidays, weekends and peak seasonal periods, which may affect delivery timelines.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You can request a return within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all labels attached, and in a condition that allows us to resell them as new.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Start a return or exchange
Use our RÆBURN Online Returns Portal to submit your request.
Please enter your order number including the hashtag (e.g. #1234), select the item(s), and choose refund or exchange. The portal will guide you through the next steps and allow you to generate a returns label and drop off with a local carrier.
- If you choose a refund: the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund total.
- If you choose an exchange: there is no return shipping charge.
Delivery charges paid at checkout are not refunded. If your item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll of course cover the return cost.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- We process refunds as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of receiving your return.
Exchanges
Exchanges can be requested via the Returns Portal, subject to stock availability. You may exchange for a different size or colour where available.
Exclusions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been washed, worn or damaged
- Orders where more than 3 of the same product were purchased
- Made-to-order or custom products
- Gift vouchers
- Archive Sale items (unless stated otherwise)
- Orders flagged for fraud or reselling purposes
Items returned outside policy
If an item is returned outside of our returns policy (and you do not have another legal right to return it):
- We may be unable to issue a refund.
- If you would like the item sent back to you, we may ask you to cover the cost of re-delivery.
- If we do not receive payment for re-delivery within 14 days of contacting you, we may treat the item as unclaimed.
We’ll always contact you before taking any further action.
