Each dress is individually made to order through the RÆBURN studio, using an entire original Air Brake parachute as its starting point. What was once engineered to create resistance in the air is transformed through cutting, construction and craft into a sculptural silhouette characterised by movement, lightness  and extraordinary proportion.

But the thinking doesn't stop with the dress. RELICS RÆIMAGINED extends into a tightly considered collection of legwear and jersey pieces. Everything is manufactured through the RÆBURN studio, creating a direct relationship between material, design, making and resourcefulness; and allowing as much creative value as possible to be realised from each original parachute.
