We offer free lifetime repairs for RÆBURN garments
WHY REPAIR?
Upcycling and rejuvenating clothes instead of discarding them is a significant way for anybody to reduce their impact and be more responsible. Not only will a repair extend the physical life of your item, it will notably add an emotional durability too. All you need is a needle and thread; two simple and accessible tools, with a pinch of enthusiastic intent and determination.
REPAIRS AT RÆBURN
We believe that a tactile approach like repairing fosters a stronger connection and appreciation for material value. It's for this reason that we host occasional repair events in our studio and online, empowering you to learn and create, and directly prolong the life of your belongings.
Prefer to have the professionals do it? Any RÆBURN garment is eligible for free repair by our in-house repairs team. If your jacket or trouser has had an accident or just experienced some timely wear, they'll try their best to get it in a fit condition again.
We really want you to keep your favourite pieces for many years to come, but do have some favours to ask in return. Please see our Repairs Form for these full terms and conditions.
REPAIRS POLICY & PROCEDURE
We understand that from time to time things happen and clothes can be damaged. We want you to keep your favourite piece of clothing for many years to come and as such offer a Free Repairs Service for any RÆBURN product, no matter how old. We can accept repairs to the Returns Department only once approved by email.
Each request will be assessed on an individual basis by our team but in any event repair requests must meet the following conditions:
- Only RÆBURN garments and/or accessories will be approved for repair;
- Collaboration products are excluded from our repairs policy and procedure;
- Items must be washed or dry cleaned before sending to us, with all pockets emptied, any unwashed garments will be returned without repair at your cost.
Please download our Repairs Request Form, complete and return to repairs@raeburndesign.co.uk along with images for our review and approval to repair.
Once approved, the item must either be dropped off at the RÆBURN Lab or sent by recorded delivery to:

Subject to damage, repairs can take up to 6-8 weeks to complete. Repairs can be collected or returned by post for a charge.
