All orders are sent by traceable, signed for and insured services.

We aim to dispatch all goods as soon as is reasonably possible following receipt of your online order.

Please note the above postal charges and delivery times are estimates and vary based on courier.

All international transactions are processed through our partner Global-E. The most suitable express courier will be selected based on your location, and shipping costs calculated accordingly.

Click & Collect

Your order can be collected within 1 day of purchase from our RÆBURN Lab, Studio 1, The Textile Building, 29a Chatham Place, E9 6NY. You can collect during our opening hours, being Monday to Friday (9am-6pm) and Saturday and Sunday (12-6pm). We require proof of order on collection.

Out of Stock item

If an item is out of stock or there are any issues with your order we try to contact you immediately (by phone or email) to resolve the problem.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email and/or SMS message confirming your order is on its way which will also include your tracking number and a link to the relevant carrier.

Late Delivery

If you have recently placed an order and you think the delivery of your order is overdue, contact customer.services@raeburndesign.co.uk ensuring you quote your order number and any other details you feel are relevant to your query and we will take appropriate action. 

Before contacting us about a late delivery we kindly ask you to consider any seasonal peaks and non-working days that may affect the delivery timeline.

Tax and Duties

All quoted prices include 20% VAT, for any products delivered outside of the EU the 20% VAT will automatically be removed from the products when you reach the point of payment; however, you will be responsible for paying a Customs Duty / Excise Duty and/or Import VAT that may arise at the delivery destination. Please contact your country's customs to find out how much these costs might be.

RETURNS POLICY & PROCEDURE

Introduction

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. To enable you to return products to us, in appropriate circumstances, we have created a 14-day Returns Policy.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights (e.g. your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).

Returns Policy

You are entitled to return a product to us where:

  • we receive the returned product within 14 days following the date of purchase of the product;
  • the returned product is unused, in its original packaging with any seal or shrink-wrap intact and with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;
  • you comply with the returns procedure set out below; and
  • none of the exclusions set out below apply.

Customers are required to cover any costs associated with returning item/s to us.

In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, we encourage you to send item/s by recorded delivery, with enclosed completed "Returns Reasons" form, to:

You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy.

If you are local to London, you are also welcome to come into one of our stores where our friendly retail team can assist you. Please note that only in-store purchases can be refunded at the till point, whilst online returns have to be processed via online transaction by our digital team and hence there may be a delay of 1-2 days.

Exclusions

The following kinds of products may not be returned under this policy:

  • any product made to your specification;
  • any product made to order;
  • gift vouchers.

Refunds

We will send you a full refund for any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy but excluding the costs of returning the product to us.

We will only refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the day we received your returned product.

Improper Returns

Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):

  • we will not refund or exchange the product;
  • we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and
  • if we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.

REPAIRS POLICY & PROCEDURE

Part of our RÆMADE, RÆDUCED, RÆCYCLED initiative, we understand that things happen and clothes get damaged but we want you to keep your favourite piece of clothing for many years to come. As such, we offer a free repairs service. This service applies to any RÆBURN product no matter how old. Feel free to pop in to the RÆBURN Lab to meet the team or post us your repair, allowing for up to 6-8 weeks after receipt.

Please download our Repairs Request Form  and send completed with images to repairs@raeburndesign.co.uk for review. We will accept repairs to the Returns Department only once approved via email.

Each request will be assessed on an individual basis by our team. Repair requests must meet the conditions below:

  • Item must be an original RÆBURN item (excludes collaboration)
  • Only apparel or accessories can be repaired 
  • Items must be washed and clean, and pockets emptied 
  • We advise that any items that cannot be washed are dry cleaned
